BoostMyLaunch is a product discovery and launch platform. Founders can list products, join daily launches and bid for a position on that day's launch list.

Information on BoostMyLaunch is provided for discovery, promotional and general informational purposes.

Each product's position is based on its cumulative valid bid for that launch day. Rankings shown during the 24-hour live launch may change as founders increase their bids.

Bidding closes when the 24-hour period ends. Final rankings and the final Top 3 are then confirmed.

A higher bid or ranking does not mean that BoostMyLaunch considers a product better, safer, more reliable or more suitable than another product.

Being listed, highly ranked, featured in the Top 3 or included in a promotional campaign does not constitute an endorsement, certification, approval or recommendation by BoostMyLaunch.

Users should assess products independently before using or purchasing them.

Launching, bidding, ranking or receiving promotion through BoostMyLaunch does not guarantee impressions, reach, traffic, clicks, leads, sign-ups, customers, sales, investment, revenue, profitability or any return on advertising spend.

Results depend on factors such as audience behaviour, advertising approvals, market conditions, competition, creative performance and product quality.

Founders and third parties may provide product descriptions, screenshots, videos, prices, offers, testimonials and other claims.

BoostMyLaunch may review submissions but does not independently verify or guarantee that every claim, price, feature or offer is complete, accurate or current. Founders are responsible for the information they publish about their products.

BoostMyLaunch may link to third-party websites, apps, products and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, prices, transactions, privacy practices, terms or performance.

Content on BoostMyLaunch is not investment, financial, legal, tax, business or other professional advice. A product's presence, rank or promotion should not be treated as an investment recommendation or an assessment of its commercial potential.

We aim to keep BoostMyLaunch, its bidding system and its rankings working correctly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Technical issues may affect listings, bids, payments, rankings, launch timing, promotional campaigns or third-party services. If a material issue affects a launch, BoostMyLaunch may take reasonable corrective action under its Terms and Conditions.

After each 24-hour launch ends, BoostMyLaunch adds up all valid bids collected for that day. Taxes and platform fees are deducted. Between 60% and 80% of the remaining amount is spent on marketing that day's final Top 3 products.

The percentage applicable to a launch is shown before founders place their first bids for that launch. Marketing begins after the launch ends, normally during the following day. Individual activities may run later because of advertising approvals, publisher schedules or operational requirements.

Marketing may include paid media ads, newsletter sponsorships, influencer marketing and other promotional activity, including organic marketing. Campaigns may link to the completed daily launch page, allowing visitors to discover other products launched that day.

The marketing spend may be spread across different channels and times. It does not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, visitors, leads, customers, sales or other results.

Completed daily launches may remain in the Past Launches archive. Their historical rankings show the final valid order for that particular launch. They are not a current product assessment or recommendation.
