Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
• We may require account, founder or product verification where reasonably necessary.

2. Product Submissions

• You must have the right to submit, promote and link to any product you list.
• Product information and claims must be accurate and must not intentionally mislead visitors.
• You must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your product and its claims comply with applicable laws.
• BoostMyLaunch may review, request changes to, reject, suspend or remove a product or launch entry where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its community or third parties.

3. Launch Dates and Date Locking

• You may change a selected launch date before your first successful bid for that launch entry.
• Once the first bid is successfully paid, the date is locked. The launch entry and its bids cannot be moved or transferred to another date, product or account.
• To launch the same product on another date, you must create a new launch entry and place a new bid. The date-lock rule will be shown before you place your first bid.

4. Bidding

• The minimum first bid is $1.
• Each successfully paid bid or bid increase contributes to the product's cumulative bid total for that launch day.
• You may increase your bid more than once while bidding is open. You may move directly to a higher total without making each increase in separate steps.
• A successfully paid bid cannot be reduced.
• Bidding remains open throughout the full 24-hour live launch period and closes when that period ends.
• No new bids or bid increases are accepted after the closing time.
• BoostMyLaunch server time determines whether a bid was received before the deadline.
• A bid or increase becomes valid only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Live and Final Rankings

• During the 24-hour launch period, products are ranked by their current cumulative valid bid totals. The product with the highest total holds the highest position. Live rankings can change and are not final.
• When the launch period ends, bidding closes, valid bid totals are locked and final rankings are calculated. The final Top 3 products are then confirmed.
• Products are ranked from the highest final cumulative bid to the lowest. If products finish with the same total, the product that reached that amount first ranks higher.
• BoostMyLaunch may correct a ranking where necessary because of a technical error, invalid or reversed payment, fraud, chargeback, manipulation or breach of these Terms.

6. Payments

• Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. By placing a bid, you authorise the applicable provider to process the charge shown to you.
• When you increase your bid, you are charged the additional amount needed to reach your new cumulative total. For example, increasing a $25 total bid to $50 requires an additional $25 payment.
• A bid or increase is valid only after its payment is successfully confirmed. A failed first payment does not, by itself, lock the selected launch date.

7. Refunds

• Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, successfully paid bids are generally non-refundable. A valid bid secures participation in a particular launch, may affect live rankings and may influence other founders' bidding decisions.
• Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, verified payment errors, platform-caused cancellations, material technical problems attributable to BoostMyLaunch, or where required by law.
• A fraudulent or prohibited submission may be removed. Refund eligibility in such cases depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Marketing the Final Top 3

• After each 24-hour launch ends, BoostMyLaunch adds up the valid bids collected for that launch day. Taxes and platform fees are deducted from that total. Between 60% and 80% of the remaining amount is spent on marketing the day's final Top 3 products.
• The percentage that applies to a launch will be shown before a founder places their first bid for that launch. It will not be reduced for that launch after a bid has been successfully paid.
• For example, if valid bids total $1,000 and taxes and platform fees total $100, the remaining amount is $900. Depending on the percentage stated for that launch, $540 to $720 will be spent on marketing its final Top 3 products.
• Marketing may include paid media ads, newsletter sponsorships, influencer marketing and other promotional activity, including organic marketing. Promotional materials may feature the final Top 3 and link to the completed daily launch page, where visitors can discover the other products launched that day.
• Marketing begins after the launch ends, normally during the following day. Individual activities may run later because of advertising approvals, publisher schedules or other operational requirements.
• The stated percentage is a marketing spend commitment, not a guarantee of results. BoostMyLaunch does not guarantee any number of impressions, visitors, clicks, leads, sign-ups, customers or sales.

9. Repeat Launches

• A product may participate in more than one daily launch. Each repeat launch is a separate entry and requires a new valid bid.
• Previous bids, payments, rankings, Top 3 positions and promotional benefits do not carry forward. A previous result gives no guaranteed advantage in a future launch.

10. Daily Launch Archive

• After its 24-hour period ends, a completed list may remain publicly available under Past Launches. The archive may show product names and information, links, launch dates, final rankings, final bid totals, the final Top 3 and community activity.
• Historical rankings will normally remain unchanged. We may correct them where required because of fraud, invalid payments, technical errors or legal obligations.

11. Community Features

• BoostMyLaunch may offer comments, upvotes, follows, saves, discussions and founder profiles. Community activity is separate from paid bid ranking unless we clearly state otherwise.
• You must not use bots, fake accounts, spam or fraudulent interactions; manipulate engagement; harass others; or interfere with platform systems. We may remove artificial engagement and restrict accounts involved in manipulation.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

• Products on BoostMyLaunch may link to third-party websites, apps and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, prices, privacy practices, claims, transactions or performance.
• You should review their terms and policies before using them.

14. Platform Availability and Technical Issues

• We aim to keep BoostMyLaunch available, secure and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• Maintenance, hosting problems, payment failures, internet outages, software errors, advertising platform issues, security incidents and other events may affect the service.
• If a material issue affects bidding, ranking or a daily launch, we may take reasonable corrective action. This may include correcting data, extending or cancelling an affected launch, removing invalid bids or issuing eligible refunds.

16. Suspension and Termination

• We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, non-payment, chargeback abuse, manipulation, repeated policy violations or a material breach of these Terms.
• Where appropriate, we may also remove affected products, launches, comments, bids or other content.

17. No Guarantee of Results

• Participation in BoostMyLaunch does not guarantee business success. A high bid, #1 ranking, Top 3 position or marketing campaign does not guarantee traffic, customers, investment, revenue, profitability or product-market fit.
• You are responsible for deciding whether participation and bidding suit your business.

18. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoostMyLaunch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Changes to the Service or Terms

• We may update platform features, bidding rules, fees, launch periods, the marketing percentage, its calculation or these Terms from time to time.
• Material changes affecting future paid activity will be displayed or communicated before they apply. The key rules and percentage shown when a founder places a bid will continue to apply to that launch. Changes will not normally be applied retrospectively to completed launches.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms and disputes relating to BoostMyLaunch will be governed by the laws and courts specified here once the legal entity operating BoostMyLaunch and its jurisdiction have been confirmed.
