During a live 24-hour launch, we process valid bids and payment confirmations to calculate each product's cumulative bid total and display its current rank.
When the launch ends, we may retain final bid totals, rankings, bid timestamps, Top 3 positions, payment records and historical launch information. Timestamps may be used to resolve a tie when products finish with the same bid total.
We may also use these records to resolve payment disputes, prevent fraud, maintain accurate archives and meet accounting or legal requirements.
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers. They may collect billing details, payment method information, transaction details and information needed to prevent fraud. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
BoostMyLaunch may receive transaction references, amounts, currency, payment status, refund information and chargeback records. We may also retain records needed to calculate the valid bid collection, taxes, platform fees and marketing spend for a completed launch.
After a daily launch ends, 60% to 80% of its valid bid collection, after taxes and platform fees are deducted, is spent on marketing the final Top 3 products.

Marketing may include paid media ads, newsletter sponsorships, influencer marketing and other activity, including organic marketing. We may share the information needed for a campaign with advertising platforms, newsletter publishers, influencers, creative partners and measurement providers.
Campaigns may link to the completed launch page, where visitors can also discover the other products from that day.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, prevent fraud, understand website use and measure product clicks or campaign performance.
